We accept assignment on Medicare, Medicaid, Workmen's Compensation, and Tricare. We are preferred providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our insurance staff will file with all other insurance companies as a courtesy. Because benefits vary from policy to policy we ask that you familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage. We ask our patients to pay their insurance deductibles, co-shares and any non-covered services at the time of service. For those patients who do not have insurance, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.
