Payments & Insurance

We accept assignment on Medicare, Medicaid, Workmen’s Compensation, and Tricare. We are preferred providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Our insurance staff will file with all other insurance companies as a courtesy.

Because benefits vary from policy to policy we ask that you familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage. We ask our patients to pay their insurance deductibles, co-shares and any non-covered services at the time of service.

For those patients who do not have insurance, payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment, please tell the receptionist and arrange for payment within 30 days.
